A gentle postpartum yoga class designed specifically to facilitate the bond between mother and baby. This class will incorporate elements of gentle yoga with deep meditation to foster mental health and wellbeing.

A fun, family-oriented approach to traditional yoga postures, complete with a story-line designed specifically for children. This class will incorporate Hatha yoga for adults combined with fun, interactive poses and activities for the kids.

Senior & Limited Mobility Yoga

A gentle therapeutic yoga for Seniors and people with limited mobility. The class will include Chair/Bed Yoga as well as floor yoga, depending on the participants’ capabilities. We will work with you to create a personalized yoga class to suit your abilities and limitations.

Veterans Yoga

A Therapeutic yoga designed specifically for veterans and active duty military. Focused on mental health and fitness, this class will incorporate a more rigorous Yoga routine combined with therapeutic meditation for mental health and wellbeing.

Reiki Infused Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Meditation

Reiki Infused Slow Flow Yoga Classes (90-minute class)

Our Slow Flow (low impact) Yoga class includes a brief Reiki session (energy healing), essential oils, sound therapy, and guided meditation. Slow flow Yoga is performed at a slower pace following the flow of the breath. It includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. There is more emphasis on slow Sun Salutations, stretching, and restorative poses. Modifications are provided for all levels.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, meditation, and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. With the permission of students, brief Reiki touch is incorporated into the meditation portion of classes.

A therapeutic combination between Hatha yoga and deep meditation, focused primarily on relieving symptoms of mental health disorders and disabilities. This class will also incorporate therapy techniques as well as deep breathing.

Stress Relief Yoga & Meditation

Mental Health Meditation

A therapeutic combination between Hatha yoga and calming meditation designed specifically to alleviate stress from the body and mind. Similar to the mental health yoga and meditation, this type of meditation will incorporate therapy and deep breathing.

Maternal Mental Health Yoga & Meditation

Perinatal Mental Health

Specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers, this therapeutic class will be a combination between Prenatal/Mommy & Me yoga and Mental Health Yoga and Meditation. This class will be part Support Group and Wellness, focused primarily on relieving symptoms of perinatal mood and mental health disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety.
